Vibrant exotic flowers, sunlit seascapes, classic old Hawaiian plantation style homes–this is the language of art that flows from the brush of local Kauai artist Robin McCoy.
Robin is well known for her attention to detail and has been commissioned to paint portraits of many Kauai homes. Her Plantation Homes represent her love of home and family. She captures the old style cane homes with a strength and love that she feels embodies the Hawaiian home.
McCoy's beautiful floral and garden scenes recall her passion for gardening and seek to remind us of the everyday beauty that surrounds us on this lovely island.
Finally her seascapes are inspired by her favorite Kauai locations and the fond memories shared there with her family and friends.
Robin has lived in Hawaii for 33 years and currently lives in rural up country Kalaheo, with her loving husband and two children. Robin's original work is done in oils and acrylic.
